"lots of rest" the Doctor had said to me before he prescibed the Antibiotics. "no problem Doc!"

Completely ingnoring the Doctors advice (how you you let a forcasted 6ft and clean swell at Hells Mouth pass?)
I got changed into my wetsuit and walked down towards the sea. Jeff commented on the fact I was turning grey, all I could think about were the beautiful clean waves that I could see!

Swimming out back seemed to take more effort than usual... i felt slightly light headed and then started to feel sick.I managed to get out back and then started to vomit just as the mother of all waves started to appear. I caught the wave with vomit dribbling down my face and my wetsuit..... no fancy turns... no cut backs... just a bog standard straight ride that took me all the way back to shore. I promptly got out of the sea and made a lemsip.
Well at least I tried.

gutted!

being ill sucks. Especially when theres clean swell!
